Questions

What households ask before they call

How is the price decided?

By the week as written. Enid walks the house, counts the hours the week needs, and gives you one figure in writing. The pricing page has the five things she asks.

What happens at the first visit, and how long does it take?

Enid works beside the crew for the first week so the card is followed from the start. A large house takes the crew a full day or more, and the card says which rooms fall on which day.

Do I need to be home?

No. Most households are out. Your key is signed for, codes are given by voice to the person who will use them, and Enid calls you if an alarm sounds.

Who comes into my house?

The same two or three people each week, listed on your card by first name. Enid introduces them at the first visit.

Are you insured, and can I see a certificate?

Yes. The limits are in the footer of every page. A certificate naming your household as holder is sent on request.

What if something is missed, broken or missing?

Tell us within 48 hours. The policies page says what we do in each case.

What do you bring, and which products?

We bring our own and name each product on your house card with its label. Fragrance-free products are available on request, and we use what suits each surface.

What about pets?

Tell us where the dogs will be and whether they guard the door. A dog we have not been introduced to is a reason to reschedule, not to risk a visit.

What if I need to cancel?

Two working days before is free of charge; later, the visit is billed at half. You can pause the whole week for travel with seven days' notice.

Where do you work, and do you come the same day?

Greenwich and the towns on the areas page. We do not work same-day: every house is on a written week, and a new one starts after a walk-through.

Still have a question?

Call or text the office and Enid will answer it herself.
