Privacy policy

Chatelaine Estate Housekeeping collects what you give us: your name, phone number, email, town and what you would like help with, through our form, by phone, by text and by email.

What we use it for

To reply to you, schedule a walk-through, run your week and send visit notes. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for anything else.

Keys and alarm codes

Your key is logged by number. A code is given by voice and is not written on schedules, forms, texts or email. The key log can be read by the lead for your house and by Enid. When the week ends, we return your key and delete your information from the log within 30 days.

Who else sees it

Providers that help us run the business, such as our texting and invoicing tools, see what they need to do their job and nothing else. We share information when the law requires it.

To see, correct or delete what we hold, write to hello@chatelainehousekeeping.com. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version replaces this one on this page.
